Refund Policy

Full payment is needed to guarantee bookings within 6 weeks. A full refund will be given up to 2 weeks from the booking date. Should the client need to cancel within 2 weeks of the hire date no refund shall be given, but an alternative date may be found subject to availability.


A damage deposit will be taken upon the collection of the vehicle. This will be fully refunded upon the return of the vehicle in the same state that it was collected. Should any damage be done to the vehicle during the hire period this will be taken out of the damage deposit. Should the Lorry be severely damaged so that it results in an insurance claim the client will pay the full excess amount.
